Safety: A Sustainable Practice ™

Our employees are our most valuable asset. It is our belief that every person should have a safe and healthful place in which to work. As such, ACCIONA has adopted a standard by which we operate:

• There is no job so important or any service so urgent that safety takes a back seat.
• As a company, we all share the responsibility to maintain safety. To that end, employees at all levels of the organization work toward the goals of accident prevention and health preservation.
• The full cooperation of all our employees is expected in order to help ensure a safe environment for our professionals and for the public.
• Any employee who feels there is an unsafe practice can call for a “time out”. What this means is that any employee is empowered to stop work in any work environment if they see an unsafe practice. This is the type of behavior we want to encourage.
